Recent Activities:
- Betsy and Audra are continuing resume work and internship focus.
- Monisola and Kris had lunch at Biscuit Factory last Monday, took pics, and completed their questionnaire.
- Hannah, Elizabeth, and Ashlie went to the Farmers Market on Saturday morning.
- Frankie and Quana helped at the DGH Special Persons Dinner on Saturday Night. (Elizabeth and Ashlie attended as guests.)
- Ash and Ash are guiding Genny through the internship process.
- Nikki attended Freshman Orientation at South Carolina on June 20-21.
- Johnisha is at A&T orientation.
- Howard had lunch with Johnisha and a cousin last Friday. The goal is driver’s license in July!
- Lara has been working closely with Frankie on details and logistics for her spaghetti dinner (see below.)
- Hannah is in Georgia at Young Life camp until Sunday.
- Monisola and Ricky have left for July.
- Nikki leaves on July 1st for a 5-week trip to Greece.
- Kathleen is back from an incredible week of service and heading to the beach with her family. Let’s remember all these girls in our thoughts and prayers as they travel.
- Frankie’s spaghetti dinner is next Tuesday, July 6th. Tickets are $10 and will be held at Valleybrook Special Event Center, time TBA. Maximum seating of 40 people.
- Service Based Learning Saturday, July 10th at Kids Path from 11-2
- Dustin’s Village Monthly Meeting, July 21st at Junior League Headquarters, 6:30 – 8 PM. Our monthly topic: Dreams vs. Goals (Dreamboarding with mentors and students! More to follow…)
