Job opportunity with the company I work for...

TCDI has an open Technical Support Analyst position.  A brief job description is as follows:

Answer all incoming support calls, address client concerns and follow through on client needs.  Work closely with Project Management and Second Level Support to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during day to day operations.  Monitor and handle user email requests.  Document all calls, requests, and incidents.  Perform user account creation, maintenance, and deletion.  Prepare and maintain SOPs.

Primary hours for the open position are 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with the flexibility to work other hours and shifts based on client and company needs.  The position requires the ability to provide after hours, on call assistance on weekends and occasionally during the week.
